I honestly think the team has perfected the delivery of the class. But maybe we could choose someone from the class to help with minor things like placing fish in marinade, or stirring ingredients..You can possibly set up a clear bowl with names of all the students then pick randomly.

This was my first time to one of the classes and it was also my boyfriend's Bday...I must say we were so impressed but more importantly we had so much fun and the food was simply incredible. The staff was great and Chef was so funny. It was a great choice for his bday and we will be back soon with friends! Excellent work

I was glad to see the sauces could be used on chicken, etc. Ellie's not a big fan of fish, but chicken's fine.

We love the new space and wish you all the best as you grow the emporium! We love the gadgets! Thank you for the amazing hospitality, especially the wonderful way LeeAnne treated my visiting parents! They truly enjoyed the whole Chef JP experience!

I think the new space will take care of any problems. the biggest problem is juggling plates, etc on laps.

Lighter fare. However, most everything was simply delicious. Thank you for a lovely evening!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I find that my palate has evolved over the years to enjoy lighter sauces. Salmon has a buttery full flavor on its own. I felt a sauce that was more citrus or Asian would have been better. The cream sauce seemed outdated to me...sorry. Would you come back: I always enjoy your classes and your store. Congratulations on your expansion.
