Based on the web site pictures, I thought we would have hands on cooking instruction.

We thoroughly enjoyed the class because Chef Jean-Pierre is so entertaining. The food was yummy and the skills we learned were definately translatable to our kitchen at home. I also appreciated having the opportunity to purchase some of the knives and "gadgets" demonstrated during the class. We'll be back!

I want to thank you and LeeAnn for all you did to make my Birthday memorable. I had fun with my friends and family and they all enjoyed your class. it was very impromptu starting with a simple email leading to a bunch of girls getting together to have fun it takes someone special to do such a great job. Kudos to you and your lovely team.

The atmosphere was: It was a great time and turned out to be a great party.

Complexity of the information provided: Chef Jean Pierre always explains everything clearly and at a level we can all comprehend.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The three different fish were fantastic and now I can prepare fish at home with more confidence and more techniques.

The Skills that you learn were: I like the way we learned about slicing th grouper in scalopines then marinating and roasting.

Would you come back: I love coming to your cooking classes, the food is always great and you entertain us while we learn each time.

I WISH I'D BROUGHT SOME BOTTLES OF WINE OR MINERAL WATER. OUR FRIEND DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING. PERHAPS YOU COULD SUGGEST THE BEST TYPES OF WINE TO BRING FOR THE FOOD PAIRING ONLINE. I PERSONALLY WOULD PREFER AN EARLIER STARTING TIME.

Chef Jean Pierre is 'cutting edge' when it comes to cooking technique and style of teaching. I found the class to be wonderfully entertaining, informative and the dishes were amazing. The following night I simply had to make the sauteed Grouper. I would recommend and will again attend Chef Pierre's class.

My wife and I will be back again, great classes. Both of my sons-in-law now have your 101 book, Christmas presents, and we all love cooking. With two homes I have two of all my cooking gadgets, costs are mounting and of course I blame the Chef!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Awesome fish dishes!!! The taste of the fish was out of this world. A little too much cognac in the newburg sauce for me though.

The class was awesome Monsieur Le Chef. This was my second class and I know I will be signing up for more. I wrote down so many great tips that you mentioned during the night and not just related to fish. By the way the fish dishes were great. I can't wait to try them out. I am not a salmon lover but I couldn't believe how the salmon had absolutely no fishy taste especially when it wasn't really cooked. Hopefully I can become a salmon lover as I know it is good for you. Many thanks for a very fun and entertaining class and one in which I learned a lot.

You might not love all the various dishes prepared but you won't be disappointed.

Chef is very approachable and willing to share tips and tricks. The "know it alls" in the group were a tad annoying... wanted to hear more from the Pro! Despite all that, I enjoyed it tremendously.

This was my first experience and would highly recommend. I went with my girlfriend as a girls night out, but my husband would love this. I am thinking of a holiday gift to him a Thanksgiving class. But, I know he would love to do a hands on class where he gets to cook. Unfortuately, I think for the two of us to go would be too costly. My daugther was in a culinary academy in high school and I think she would love it too, but again, that would be way above my budget for the three of us.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: The chef was delightful. He was very informative and gave some great ideas and suggestions.

The atmosphere was: I felt we had the opportunity to ask questions and was free to talk freely.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Loved the red snapper and even though it was time consuming, the salmon was delicious.

Would you come back: Loved the relaxed atmosphere.
