I was skeptical when Jean Pierre said it would be the best salmon I'd ever tasted. But he was right. It was great with the couscous.

I really enjoyed how the chef would take time to explain methods and techniques that weren't necessarily apart of the lesson, but are still important. I also liked how the chef enjoyed the crowd and made the experience both educational and an enjoyable evening.

I wish the class had an option for vegetarians. I would have liked the fish dish to be prepared with vegetable broth.
