The Instructor (Chef) was?: Before I give my feedback, when we spoke with Chef Jean-Pierre about our upcoming trip to Paris, he told us to be sure and have lunch on a barge and graciously offered to find out the name of the barge to go on. He told me to put it in my comments when I received the questionnaire. So that's what I am doing! I look forward to getting this information. We are leaving this Saturday, May 15. Thanks, Chef Jean-Pierre! As always, Chef Jean-Pierre was very entertaining. We had so much fun!
The atmosphere was: It was a fun atmosphere. Everyone seemed to be having a great time.
Complexity of the information provided: Chef Jean-Pierre has the ability to explain even complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner. That is a great part of his talent.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was wonderful. And, as the person sitting next to me commented, "Even though I know there's lots of butter and cream in here, it doesn't taste heavy; it tastes light and delicious."
