The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The shrimp and scallops sambucca was exquisite! I've taken a lot of classes at Jean-Pierre's school and this was the best dish I've ever had! Fantastic!

Have Dick come every week and bring those chocolate chip cookies. He and his wife are a delightful couple and their cookies, well they speak for themselves.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Always an enjoyable evening at the school. This time even some of the students were fun to watch.

The atmosphere was: See above

Complexity of the information provided: We have seen many of the entre's that were prepared before. Always fun to watch them that know how, do it.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The shrimp & scallops were fantastic but that poached salmon was absolutely to die for. That was maybe the best piece of fish that either of us has ever had.

The Skills that you learn were: Didn't really come to learn. Came mostly to dine and be entertained. We certainly were NOT disappointed.

Would you come back: Of course, we'll be there, four more times in the first week of June.

After the demonstration began, I found the information so useful I wanted to write down the tips but I left my purse in the car. I didn't want to interrupt the class to ask for a pen. It might be nice to have some pens available (of course with the school name printed on them :)) to use if we forget to bring one in.

The atmosphere was: It was hard to pick one. It was both cheerful and fun. It was a great evening.

Complexity of the information provided: I learned so much. The information was given in a way that was easy to understand.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: It is amazing to me how he can listen, respond, be clever & witty while he is making a sauce!!

The atmosphere was: JP's subtle facial expressions or smart answers kept everyone smiling. "Those cost $2 at Publix. How much are they here?" "$1.90." He is the master!

Complexity of the information provided: He makes it look easy, but I'm sure there will be some challenges when we try it at home! But he makes me not afraid to try.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: the scallops, the salmon and the potato soufle were heavenly

The Skills that you learn were: when to add butter, how important the temp of the oil, don't let the fish touch so the steam gets through...many helpful facts to apply to any recipe

Would you come back: It was like going to a small party. Everyone felt right at home. Between JP's personality and the wine - by 8 p.m. we're all friends!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: It's always fun to watch someone who enjoys what they do and that is what makes Chef Jean Pierre's classes so wonderful. He shows us how fun cooking can be.

The atmosphere was: Couples Night had a more romantic atmosphere than a regular class. It's a great idea for any couple that's looking to do something fun and different on a Saturday night. I can't wait until Italian Couples Night.

Complexity of the information provided: Of course, Chef makes everything look effortless.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I'm still dreaming of the Cherries Jubilee the next morning. Amazing! The souffle was out of this world. I can't wait to try it at home.

The Skills that you learn were: I never knew how easy it was to make crepes or a souffle. My friends are going to be so impressed when I make it for them. Chef also gave us options for different fillings and ingredients which means I didn't learn one recipe but hundreds. I'm so excited.

Would you come back: As soon as I can.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Before I give my feedback, when we spoke with Chef Jean-Pierre about our upcoming trip to Paris, he told us to be sure and have lunch on a barge and graciously offered to find out the name of the barge to go on. He told me to put it in my comments when I received the questionnaire. So that's what I am doing! I look forward to getting this information. We are leaving this Saturday, May 15. Thanks, Chef Jean-Pierre! As always, Chef Jean-Pierre was very entertaining. We had so much fun!

The atmosphere was: It was a fun atmosphere. Everyone seemed to be having a great time.

Complexity of the information provided: Chef Jean-Pierre has the ability to explain even complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner. That is a great part of his talent.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was wonderful. And, as the person sitting next to me commented, "Even though I know there's lots of butter and cream in here, it doesn't taste heavy; it tastes light and delicious."

The Skills that you learn were: I definitely picked up some new techniques which will be very useful in my future culinary efforts.
