Don't forget to send the corrected crepe recipe. You may have already done so, is so I apologize - I got to this first. Thank you for going ahead with the class for the 3 of us. We had a great time!

A small comment is difficult. But for anyone thinking about taking a class like this, let me say that learning how to tell if meat is old (too bloody) and how to "clean" it and how to store the extras (allowing you to buy great meat at a big discount) and then how to freeze (properly) the remaining portions PAID FOR THE CLASS. And that was in the first 15 minutes. It only got better. Oh, and you get the recipes already printed out, so you can make your notes on them with the hints about cleaning/preparation, etc. Treat yourself, you will be glad you did!

This class makes entertaining for friends a breeze! The menu was absolutely delicious, and most important, the chef showed that learining to cook can be fun, and learning to cook doesn't always have to take place in a culinary shcool. I will continue to go to as many classes as I can.

My husband and I enjoy the classes but last night the crowd was extremely noisy. This was distracting and hard on the nerves. I think this doesn't happen often but it is a shame when we pay so much for the evening. Very thoughtless.

Only drawback was our group could not sit together because somebody was saving seats for other people.. This hindered our fun a little and we would like to come again as a group without that issue!

The atmosphere was: I resented arriving early and having to take a seat with poor visibility while good seats were being \"saved\" for people who arrived late. That could diiscourage me from attending again.

We are so lucky to have Chef Jean Pierre right here in Fort Lauderdale. I have been to so many of your classes over the many years and every one has been lots of fun and I have always learned something new. It is a great way to be with your friends.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The coconut shrimp a real suprise--not sweet---a good thing. The Potatoes were a interesting twist but were not cooked enough. The filling was indeed succulent.

The Skills that you learn were: I need to try your Thai cooking class and Sauces. Very good.
