If you make another sauce that is not on printed sheet that is amazingly delicious,(sauce from the mussels) with cognac and sherry, would you please print it on the website the next day for us? thank you

Really, nothing! But, having said that, I think it would be nice to be able to have all seats labeled. I would put couples (or groups of 2) in the front row, and if there is a group of 6, I would put them in one row on left side. Any group over 6, I would split up across rows 2 and 3, part (half) of group in front of the other. My husband and I fortunately arrived right after 2 women and were able to set up glasses for 12 of us in rows 2 and 3 on the left - was wonderful to be together! I know that in the past, you had issues where people moved name tags, but perhaps one person from out front could be in the room as people come in. Having said that, I will definitely have someone arrive early from any group gathering I am part of in the future. It would be nice to have small plates for 2 of a few slices of cheese and crackers to enjoy while the chef instructs . However, not having that did not alter my view of a wonderful evening.

Loved, loved the evening! I learned more than what I needed to cook last night's dishes! Chef J.P was patient when 2 or more in our large group did talk about some aspect of the dish, prep, instruction- that was nice. We all loved his humor- an evening with class and elegance, but also some fun humor. We will be back!

I am a regular at Chef Jean-Pierres class amongst many other people. People think they will go there and try it out. They always come back for more! I am learning so much.

2 girls in the back corner talked amongst themselves all the way thru the class. it was distracting & rude. interaction between guests is great but they were carrying on private conversation off & on the whole evening. chef jean pierre was wonderful as usual and the food delicious. we also took home several tips we learned from the evening. we love the renovations and the addition of tables in the "classroom". all in all, an awesome night out!

MY FRIEND AND I LOVED THE CLASS. I INVITED 2 COUPLES OVER SATURDAY NIGHT AND SERVED THIS MEAL. IT WAS A TREMENDOUS HIT. I JUST LOVE ALL THE CLASSES I HAVE TAKEN WITH JEAN PIERRE.

The atmosphere was: We always have fun at Chef Jean Pierre's classes, but this one was exceptionally enjoyable.

Complexity of the information provided: Chef Jean-Pierre makes it easy because he explains why he does things a certain way. I always learn lots of good information that I can use, and this class was very informative.

The classroom is a bit tight, however, I don't know how you can fix that issue in a way that everyone can still see what is being prepared.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I smiled from the time I walked in until the time I went to bed. It was an a happy ending to an otherwise stressful week.

The atmosphere was: An amazingly diverse group of folks in the room. Everyone seemed to have a great time and were eager to learn.

Complexity of the information provided: The dish was difficult in that it is very easy to blow this meal if not prepared properly. Recipes tell you how but Chef tells you why, thats a huge difference.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Voila!!! I loved it so much I woke up early the next day and bought the ingredients and made it again the next day. Cooked all day Sunday as well.

The Skills that you learn were: Everyone has their own techniques and unfortunately they stick to those techniques. Chef changed my techniques for the better. I learned to make a (way) better marinara, the differences in cornstarch and flour for thickening of sauces, characteristics of butter, a better way to cook mussels, and proper use of yukon gold potatoes.

Would you come back: be there before December if I can get a reservation. I want to learn the Thai Techniques.

Guests need to respect each other ; the imature students who disrupt the class need to realize that wre attentd this class to learn how to cook - others need to learn how to control their drinking.iI

The Instructor (Chef) was?: It amazes me how much patience the Chef has with disruptive students.

The atmosphere was: Too many students are disruptive.

Complexity of the information provided: The Chef is very detail oriented and explains clearly and precisely to the student what & why he makes decisions & choices.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: We bring our own wine - why would you ask about wine? The presentation is supurb and the food is delicious. I would ask that the chef would guide us in selecting the perfect wine to compliment the feast that he is preparing.

The Skills that you learn were: I like that the chef explains and gives tips. The Playboy channel is not as entertaining as the chef claims.

Would you come back: I feel these classes are informative, educational, and extremely entertaining.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: From the instant I walked in (late) there was a feeling of joy and warmth and delicious smells>>> I felt at home and so happy to be there.

Complexity of the information provided: I love to cook so I felt I was in my comfort zone - I did learn some good new tips !

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I was overwhelmed how wonderful the food smelled as it cooked and it tasted absolutely heavenly - at one point I was so overjoyed by the experience I filled with emotions - all good ones!

This was my first class. I assumed it would be good based on what others had said. I was blown away by how much I learned in just one class and by how much fun I had.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean Pierre is a riot to watch and listen to. All the other students seemed to get into the act as well which makes for a very friendly group of people.

The atmosphere was: Fun, Fun, Fun. A light happy mood.

Complexity of the information provided: Easy to follow...I have no doubt that I'll be able to duplicate any of those recipes.
