This was my first time and I had thought that it would be a hands on class that was a little disappointing, however once Chef got underway with the receipies, I was happy.

Chef Pierre was extremely entertains, warm and friendly.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Loved the shrimp with Cannellini beans, but would make it as an entree.

The Skills that you learn were: Loved the idea of freezing the garlic in ice cube trays. Will also be making my own bread crumbs from now on!

Maybe focus on other types of appetizers or offer other similar classes, We did not expect the strong focus on the tomato and thought we would be learning a variety of canape and appetizer techniques. What was there was great we just expected something a bit more varied.

The Skills that you learn were: Not only did I learn three new wonderful recipes, but I learned some basic cooking skills. This makes it a perfect balance of learning.

Chef Jean Pierre's cooking school will be on my "to do" list for a long time to come. I can't wait to come back for more. Especially if I win a "free" class!

The atmosphere was: Everyone was laughing and seemed to be having a great time.

Complexity of the information provided: Even a child could do them.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: All three dishes were delicious.

The Skills that you learn were: Especially freezing the garlic puree in ice cube trays and the bread crumb recipe as well as other practical tips that can be used again and again.

Would you come back: There was a lot of laughter and people joining in the banter. It was certainly a good time.

Because of the price, it will be a few months before I come back and I will be back.

The atmosphere was: Sometimes there was too much chitchatting out of the aduieance when the chef was explaining things.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I loved the pie and the cabbage dish. I went into the class thinking that I would love the shrimp dish best because I love seafood. The breadcrumbs made the pie and the chipotle adobe sauce made the cabbage dish. The dishes were very close to succulent.

The Skills that you learn were: Loved learning about the fresh breadcrumbs, I never would have thought that.

Would you come back: Since I love to cook, I enjoyed the class and am considering taking more.
