I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Everything about the experience was fun. I loved the set up of the room - with the placement of the tables, mirrors, kitchen, etc. It was easy to see and enjoy every aspect of the demonstration. I couldn't possibly think of something to improve. Everything was so wonderful!

We had a great experience. The food was amazing. I enjoyed it more than going to a gourmet restaurant. We've told our friends and family about it and we're getting together about 12 people to join us in the next few weeks.

Confirm the recipes demonstrated complement the recipes printed and shared with the class. The progression of the cooking process could be outlined a bit better in the overall layout of the recipe (steps vs paragraphs). Also, a photo of the finished/prepared item would be nice to include with the recipe.

As anticipated, a most entertaining evening with Chef Jean-Pierre and Chef Bradley. A great time, great food, enthusiastic classmates, not to mention a most excellent tasting with the aged balsamic vinegar and olive oil selections. Purchased three bottles! Gracious Leanne and Chef Pierre were on hand to answer any outstanding questions post class and assist with purchases from "Isle Three". The couple seated next to us had taken the cooking 101 & 102 series and gave it high marks. I'm encouraged to enroll. Looking forward to attending future classes!!! DS - Royal Palm Beach

We were freezing!!! I know it must be hotter in the kitchen area; however, in the third row back, it was really cold. Even the young man next to me was very cold!!!

It was a wonderful evening. A little late dining, but understood due to the menu.

Chef was in top form! Food was fantastic. Looking for our next class. The addition of the olive oil and vinegar bars is wonderful also. The ambiance has come so far since we first started. We love you guys

the class was great, chef is fabulous, and very willing to share his experiences and offer advice to his students.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre is very lively and animated and you can tell he LOVES what he does. He is not shy about offering his opinions about a variety of topics, including "celebrity" chefs.

The atmosphere was: very relaxed and fun,

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: SOOOOOOO good !!!!!!

The Skills that you learn were: I like that he explains the techniques he is using, and makes sure to tell you why he is using a particular pan, gadget ,tool or ingrediant and then explains the proper way to use them as well.

Would you come back: Can't wait to go back. There are several classes on the schedule that I am really looking forward to.
