The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Spinach and Egg Yolk Mascarpone Ravioli was a delightful surprise. I will try it with the quail eggs. Cheesy Spaghetti with pancetta and Peas looks like a winner for my grandchildren .... very easy and flavorful. Creamy Pancetta with Roasted Garlic Fettuccini - I puchased the garlic roaster and can't wait to try this at home.
