It was a very educational class both with the hands-on and class room instruction. Chef Luigi is clearly passionate about cooking and especially bringing authentic Naples, Italian food to south Florida. It was great to hear about how pizza varies throughout Italy and now I understand why there are no additional topping allowed on a margarita pizza.
