Perfection

Imagine a world class chef taught you personally how to handle a knife in his own kitchen! Well that was me and five other fortunate class members at Saturday morning's intimate knife class.Chef JP made it fun and interesting to learn and practice knife techniques under his close supervision. I am constantly amazed at his wealth of knowledge and willingness to share with us amateurs. Thank you chef and Leanne for a wonderful culinary learning experience.

I really don't see how to improve upon the class. It is really such a great opportunity to further my skills in the kitchen while eating great food and having fun! Don't change a thing!

As usual, Chef Jean Pierre (and Leanne) were wonderful! The class was a lot of fun and I really learned so much. The food and wine were delicious as well! What was also nice was that the class size was pretty small, so we all got a chance to interact with each other and share our experiences/stories about cooking and eating great food! A really great group! Thank you Chef!

I can not thank you enough for making a Christmas gift so spectacular! I had purchased a Knife Skills class for my boyfriend Matthew, something he has spoken about wanting to do quite often. Matthew attended the class this weekend and had a fantastic time! Needless to say, he prepared a meal on Sunday that required slicing, dicing, pairing...anything that required the use of his new skills.

Everything was perfect.

Great time and great atmosphere. We had a lot of fun and learned a lot at the same time. Chef Jean-Pierre was a great instructor who took his time to make sure we did everything correctly. We will definitely be coming back for other classes.

It was great to learn how to proper care for my knife. I got an expensive set of knives for christmas and didn't know how to care of them. I feel lot more confident now.

I would have loved to have the recipe for the fratata that was made and info on the pan that was used and if it is available at the school. I did buy the cookbook.

I had such a good time. It was very informative. I found out even more stuff afterwards when I purchased some oils and vinegars. Because of this class my husband Steve, and I signed up for the cooking 101. He doesn't cook at all. But he is so excited to have something for the 2 of us to do together that we signed up. We have told friends about it and are hoping they join us for the classes we are taking in March. We are snowbirds or I would sign up for every class the whole year long. Thank you so much!!!
