The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I was surprised by how much quantity of sushi I took home. Four big rolls with a total of about 30 pieces of sushi -- enough for family dinner.
The Skills that you learn were: I appreciated the instruction on how to use the bamboo mat to shape the rolls, and how to hold and use the knife effectively.
