Kermit Crew did an outstanding job teaching us to make sushi. The hands-on experience was outstanding and I left feeling comfortable that I could safely make sushi. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and can't wait to continue developing my skills in the kitchen.

Get the cutting boards we used in the hands on class could be a bit more stable and not slide around

I think a sushi class would be fun at night, with wine (sake) and a few friends.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Takeshi was very friendly and open to questions.

The atmosphere was: I loved the hands-on time! Will definitely look for more hands-on classes in the future.

Complexity of the information provided: I was surprised by how easy it was for me to make beautiful sushi rolls!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I was surprised by how much quantity of sushi I took home. Four big rolls with a total of about 30 pieces of sushi -- enough for family dinner.

The Skills that you learn were: I appreciated the instruction on how to use the bamboo mat to shape the rolls, and how to hold and use the knife effectively.

Not much it seems to work well for me fun, informative and motivating

The Skills that you learn were: Have been shown how to make sushi a long time ago and it worked fine, but this was the real deal and so much easier with the little trick "excellent"

The atmosphere was: Never boring! Always fun and enjoyable! Best of all, I continue to learn every class.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: We brought our sushi home and had it in the Gazebo with a fabulous bottle of Deerfield Ranch Chardonnay. Great night!

The Skills that you learn were: My daughters let me know that since I have been going to class with Chef JP that I have become a great cook. But they would always ask, "why can't you make sushi?" Now I can!

Would you come back: I always come to class with my husband but this time came with my 17 year old daughter Carlynn. What a great way to spend an afternoon together! She loved class too!
