I plan to do this class again next year if given the opportunity. There will be things that I would do differently like baking most of my cookies during the class so most of my cookies will be done before I go home. I just have to take less break times than I did with my first class.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: He spent time answering my queries.

Complexity of the information provided: I really should not answer this question since my idea of baking is limited to those prepackaged cookie dough on a sold at Publix.

Would you come back: With such short time I was able to make delicious holiday cookies with Chef Rob's patience & help.

Chef Rob is always a delight and works hard to make sure all the participants learn while enjoying the course. I look forward to learning from him in the future!!

Definitely want to return for another class!! The chef was great!! I thought we might make fancier cookies but all in all it was a great 4 hours!!

Courtney and I had a wonderful day. We enjoyed making all the delicious cookies and have shared most of them with our neighbors. I would receommend this class to others who have children who enjoy cooking.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: My daughter and I liked meeting Chef Rob and learning from him.

Would you come back: My daughter (she is 13) had such a good time as well. She enjoyed the learning process as well as the nice people!

Chef Rob I always love your classes. They are full of fun and I always walk away with something new. I love bringing new people to class and watching how much fun they have. ANd then when they leave asking when the next class is. Im glad i can pass on some of my passion to others.

The atmosphere was: Everyone always is in a great mood cooking and making the holiday spirit so wonderful.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I wouldnt say cookies are succulent but they were wonderful as always

This was my first visit with your cooking school ,and my friend and I had a wonderful time making holiday cookies with Chef Rob. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was cheery! I look forward to coming back in the future for another class.

What I loveabout this class was the hands on approach.It was on eof the reasons I took the class as I had questions about how to work with dough and needed an experience person to show me the way

The Skills that you learn were: My family loves rugallah and it is our staple cookie , to be able to make them and customize to our tastebuds is just fabulous.
