The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Rob was terrific. He was funny, entertaining and very helpful. He worked with all of us and gave us a lot of tips. And his recipes were great.
The atmosphere was: A lot of fun. Very congenial. Met some nice people.
Complexity of the information provided: Pie crusts intimidate me. And it is a bit complex to a novice, but Chef Rob made it understandable and I'm not afraid to try it at home now.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I sneaked a taste of the apples and they were great. My husband and I had a slice of pumpkin pie when I got home and it was delicious. I froze both pies so my kids could have some when they come home this week for the holidays.
The Skills that you learn were: I now feel like i can make a really good pie.
Would you come back: I would come back for the cookies but it's full. I intend to come back for other classes. I'm hooked.
