I was hoping to stay a little while after dessert to finish my last glass of wine but since everyone already left we felt obligated to leave as well. The chef told us that we can stay but we just felt like all the "fun" left. Perhaps, you can play music after the dessert to make it more of a pleasing atmosphere while customers drink their last bit of wine.

Serve coffee sooner for those of us who choose not to bring wine. I enjoyed the entire evening.

Enjoyed the smaller class although those that were not there don't know what they missed. The portobello appetizer was out of this world! Can't wait to make it. The pork was really tender and the spicy BBQ sauce went so well with it. Really enjoyed the potato cake. The dessert was light, not overly sweet and very refreshing with the grapefruit and orange sections. Delicious menu!

This was a perfect first class. The food was wonderful as always. I have my shopping list to make my own BBQ sauce. It is always appreciated when you let us know what can be frozen or prepared ahead of time.
