The subject was great for us because appetizers hadn't been covered before. I'd love a class that included lettuce wraps and some lighter main courses.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: If he referred to which recipe he was working on more often it would make it easier to follow along.

The atmosphere was: He has a great personality and is entertaining to watch

Complexity of the information provided: Poaching the pears and the balsamic reduction was great new information.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jonas Haag was a great teacher and I came away with some great recipes! Simple as well which is key if you are doing a whole dinner by yourself. Usually appetizers were pretty boring - how much can you say about shrimp cocktails so this is much more fun!

Would you come back: My husband was a fill in for the evening and arrived rather reluctantly but on the way home announced it would be fun to take one of Jean Pierre's classes. bravo!
