Nice way to spend an evening with my son who was visiting from NY. We bought the coffee and enjoyed it the next morning. Curry a little Hot for me but my son enjoyed it immensely.

seeing how foreign foods are made gives you the confidence to do it yourself with easy to follow recipes given to you.

My husband, Allan, was looking forward to your Chicken w. Curry menu item, but when you added broccoli as an "unscheduled" addition, he wouldn't taste it (a la George Bush, unfortunately!) When people sign up, they weigh decisions as to what they can taste or not. As a diabetic, he knew he'd have to avoid recipes w. sugar, but never expected his least-favorite food, broccoli, to be an ingredient! Maybe if something "unexpected" is added last-minute, you can separate it into a different "batch" for those who attended specifically because they liked the advertised menu.

Loved your classroom renovations! Yes, it's been too long since I last attended!!! Looking forward to lots more!

I really enjoyed it but I felt that there were to many conversations among the tables that it was really noisy and distracting as Even the Chief explained to people that they could learn more if they listen to him.

Everything was excellent.

Observation:The designated driver drinking their wine should stop drinking at 9PM. Some guest are drinking until the last serving.

For a first time visitor, we were impressed with the entire evening. It was not too technical and not to loose. Chef JP answered all of our technical questions about cooking when the very few moments that we were not clear on something came up. Overall, we will be planning another evening here at some time in the future.

There is really nothing I could suggest to improve for your side. The class was a lot of fun and also informative. My husband and I had a wonderful time and we will definetly be back. Just next time I will have to go for a French cooking class :)

I really thought it was perfectly thought out; and honestly don't know how it could have been better.

I especially loved the mirror over the work area! Brilliant. The class was organized, interesting, entertaining and the food outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will definitely return. I also loved the store and can't wait to return to get some of the olive oil and balsamic infusions. all I can add is keep up the great work. Thank you.
