I was glad to hear that the seating will change to include table tops, and thought more of a circular seating environment could have been better for interaction and view.

Would you come back: The meal was terrific, all the food was outstanding and presented in an entertaining educational way. I surely learned a lot and was surprised how a mutli-course meal can be prepared and delivered in a few hours start to finish. Was a wonderful night out and completely different! Looking forward to another session!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: What I truly enjoyed about Chef Jean Pierre was how his love of food and cooking came out in every part of the evening. He also made you feel that anyone interested in cooking could prepare each course.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The entire meal was delicious! The gorgonzola sauce for the beef was outstanding. I can't wait to make this sauce.

The Skills that you learn were: There were so many great cooking tips given by Chef Pierre but one that I felt extremely useful was the best way to remove the fat from the whole tenerloin.

Absolutely nothing, it was a great time, and for someone who does not like to cook even I was inspired to think I could try my hand in the kitchen.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Funny, amusing and quite the show-men!

Complexity of the information provided: Although some dishes seemed very complex for a beginner (Tiramasu), you made the others seem almost easy.
