My husband bought seats for the hands-on bread baking class as a birthday present for me. I had started to dabble in some bread baking, but had come across some difficulties. Let's just say I was making bread bricks and not bread loaves. Chef Rob was both informative and fun to listen too. He seems to really enjoy being a chef and sharing his knowledge of pastries. I loved all the things that we made and so does my husband. I make foccacia almost once a week now! We plan to sign up for future hands-on classes. Thanks Chef Jean Pierre and Chef Rob for a wonderful time.

The Skills that you learn were: Having a stand mixer is a must if you want to repeat the recipes.
