The Instructor (Chef) was?: We did not realize it was not a hands-on class until the day we were attending, however we really liked the way the class was done and felt we got more out of it my watching the Chef. He was great.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: We enjoyed the food and can not wait to try the recipes at home.

The Skills that you learn were: Feel that we can cook fish now with confidence and a variety of techniques.

I can't think of anything, guess we will have to come back several more times to see if there is anything could be improved upon but I doubt it.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: All of the dishes were good but one definitely stands out. The poached salmon with the nouvelle potaotes and lemon and caper sauce was out of this world. It will become a regular on my menu planner.
