Chef Jean-Pierre, you forgot to show us how to carmalize the onions. We only got as far as draining off the "liquid gold"

Nothing could be improved upon. The food was great and the instruction by Chef Jean-Pierre was very helpful and once again I learned new thing that will be helpful

Maybe go around room and have attendees introduce themselves. There was no interaction amongst the group. It was much better the last time we attended.

Cut people off when they get drunk! The woman next to me was very intoxicated and in my opinion disruptive. Once someone starts falling asleep and slurring her words it's time to step in and tell her she's had enough. Instead, her 3rd bottle of wine was opened for her group of 3. I found it distracting and annoying. Other than that everything else was great.

I am not a beginner cook but my friend is. We both learned things in the class. I like that it appealed to all levels. I would be interested in more advanced classes. Overall a great fun night and the food was amazing!

Like to suggest that you gear your menus to a) a Starter, b) a Main, and c) a dessert. I think this would to tend to make the overall meal a little lighter.

Complexity of the information provided: the sauces for the skirt steak and n.y strip are simple but the ingredients chef uses gives them a wonderful complexity.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: everything was A+. the risotto was so perfect that a grain danced right oiut of my month onto my plate. everything was absolutly mouthwatering.

The Skills that you learn were: never knew i was cutting skirt steak the wrong way. thank you, chef.

Since Bradley has been the assistant., and LeeAnn the pretty welcoming face..at each of the classes I have attended....an introduction to them would be nice. We may be familiar with Chef Jean Pierre's well established career...it is nice to meet those at his side. The staff is welcoming and so helpful. I like the mention of various sources for fresh ingredients....perhaps a "favorites" list on site would be helpful when we shop for our home cooking. The on premises store for tools is super.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and attention to audience as well as juggling the complexities of the chosen recipes. Not easy but done well.

As always, Chef Jean Pierre makes each class very entertaining while whipping up great food. Each class you take you come away with some little tidbit of helpful information that you never knew before, such as how to cut a steak properly for serving. A great time.
