The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre was entertaining and engaging. He went slow enough that I was able to take notes, and he made us feel like we were every bit the Master Chef that he is.

The atmosphere was: Leanne, the gorgeous Australian who checked us in and helped throughout the night gave the classroom a fresh and cheerful feel. Chef Jean Pierre and su chef Bradley interacted really well and made the whole evening feel relaxed and easy- like we were with old friends.

Complexity of the information provided: I feel like the Mediterranean night recipes are things that my fiance and I can easily repeat for ourselves and for guests at a dinner party. Chef went into the perfect amount of detail. From preparing caramelized onions (something I've always wanted to know) to properly cleaning meat, this novice chef felt completely able to recreate each succulent dish that Chef discussed and demonstrated.

The Skills that you learn were: Not only was the class entertaining, engaging, and informative, Chef Jean Pierre covered useful information that I understood and know that I will use again.

Would you come back: I left the school feeling like a friend and cannot wait to sign up for Cooking 101!

The Skills that you learn were: I'm really enjoying cooking with what i'm learning.

Would you come back: I have had wonderful, wonderful classes, but I think this has topped all for me. Why ??? Because you served 4 of my most favorite foods,including that dessert to die for. And even better, J.P., everything was so easy to make. I can't wait to do them !!!!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: We have had several chefs cook at our home for private dinners but none has been as delightful to be with as Chef Jean Pierre. He's welcome at Casa Mia anytime as our dinner guest.

The atmosphere was: The staff is warm and welcoming. It's a cozy venue.

Complexity of the information provided: The dishes had some complexity and I may be unable to recreate them perfectly but I learned that it's OK to experiment with ingredients and while mistakes happen, they usually can be fixed. Chef JP takes the anxiety out of cooking.

Would you come back: Absolutely. It's a fantastic experience. We've already told many of our friends about it.

I wish the chairs were grouped in semi-circles with a small table in middle of each grouping on which to place the plate/glass. Very awkward to hold.

The Skills that you learn were: I don't cook wonderful food too much, but there is always a useful trick or two or three or four!!!

Would you come back: Nice diversity of classes! Something for everyone. Can there be classes on preparing healthy quick meals, like 350 cal main course?

We would truly enjoy eating each course as it is served! We went to the Italian night and loved eating that way instead of at the end, when it tends to get a little late for a rich and heavy meal.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I love the way Chef Jean Pierre gets creative and puts extra ingredients in the dishes he is making!

The atmosphere was: Everyone has a wonderful time and seems to make new friends with the people around them!

Complexity of the information provided: He makes hard look easy and I learn to make dishes I would never have tried before!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Couldn't be any better.

The Skills that you learn were: Using the right equipment makes a HUGE difference.

Would you come back: This was only our 3rd class and we can't wait for other couple's dinners!

Complexity of the information provided: lots of good tips about ingredients particularly sauce making

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The tomato and Goat Cheese Pie was worth the trip and the lamb rack was exquisite as well!
