i think if possible a five minute hands on with the chef would be a great addition. even if it was a one minute tutorial.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: it was a first class so he was funny about the crepes turning out wrong

The atmosphere was: small group so he let two people flip the crepes to show how easy it was. that was fun!

Complexity of the information provided: he makes it look easy. but planning is key.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: it is always good. never a bad dish at chef jps.

The Skills that you learn were: crepe batter made the day before, great tip among others.

Would you come back: i always come back, it is a real treat. he is so passionate about what he does and food, that i become passinate about food and life too.
