my 14 year old daughter loves to cook and i surprised her with last nights presentation as a gift to celebrate one of her recent accomplishments. she said she learned alot and that made me happy.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: cute and not married

The atmosphere was: it was the 1st time i ever attended a cooking class. it will be more fun next time when i bring some friends.

Complexity of the information provided: looks pretty easy to me.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: i actully like tonights menu better but i wanted to get in there as soon as possible. tonight is my sons 17th b-day celebration and his passion is art.

The Skills that you learn were: simple things like leaving some water in the pasta, not rinsing pasta with water and using the right tools in the kitchen

Would you come back: it was fun to spend one on one time with my daughter doing something that she is interrested in.
