Complexity of the information provided: seemed easy - will only know if we can duplicate when we try to make these appetizers at home

The Skills that you learn were: learned how to shop for the right sizes and ripeness of mushrooms and avocados. learned about shrimp and lobster tail grilling

Would you come back: my husband and I had a really good evening - should have brought more wine

Great addition to the line up of classes! We brought our parents ( A Christmas gift to them) and they had a great time. Can't wait to do it again!

All four meals were really good. The shrimp and mayo dish and the mushroom dish were outstanding. They are dishes that will be replicated soon for house guests.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Cold soups are not my favorite but it was very good
