Complexity of the information provided: I was surprised at how easy the recipes are with the outcome looking as if the dish was complicated. Your guests will never know how easy it is to make delicious dishes that look as if they were made at an upscale restaurant and not in your kitchen.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The mushroom with terragon sauce was fantastic! The flavor was a perfect addition to the chicken. Also the mustard dijon sauce added a little spice to chicken as well. Both sauces were very easy with few ingredients.
The Skills that you learn were: By browning the chicken and then finishing in the oven we experienced moist flavorful chicken. Can't wait to try this technique at home.
