The Instructor (Chef) was?: This was the most entertaining evening I have had in a long time. Chef Jean Pierre created an enjoyable and informative demonstration of preparing three scrumptious chicken recipes.

The atmosphere was: Jean Pierre was amusing throughout the evening with his jovial comments and the participants' enthusiasm was contagious.

Complexity of the information provided: I love to cook and I always appreciate learning something new. I learned how to debone a chicken!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The three chicken recipies were delicious and made my tastebuds sore!

The Skills that you learn were: I am very comfortable in the kitchen. It was nice to see that I have a natural ability to prepare food in a professional manner and yet still have more to learn. Cooking is my passion.

Would you come back: I can't wait to choose another enticing class!

The chicken breast with country mustard was the best. I am preparing it for my family this weekend. I always enjoy an evening with you. I just shut off my cell phone and uncork the wine. What could be better than great food and a relaxing evening? Thank you.

I always enjoyed cooking and creating good dishes for my family. These classes have opened up unlimited possibilities for preparing good food for friends and family.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre always combines little stories with extra tips during his presentations. Time really flys!

The atmosphere was: Each class is like a private party with attendees and Chef Jean Pierre exchanging stories and questions.

Complexity of the information provided: I was surprised at how easy the recipes are with the outcome looking as if the dish was complicated. Your guests will never know how easy it is to make delicious dishes that look as if they were made at an upscale restaurant and not in your kitchen.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The mushroom with terragon sauce was fantastic! The flavor was a perfect addition to the chicken. Also the mustard dijon sauce added a little spice to chicken as well. Both sauces were very easy with few ingredients.

The Skills that you learn were: By browning the chicken and then finishing in the oven we experienced moist flavorful chicken. Can't wait to try this technique at home.

Would you come back: What a great way to spend an evening, can't wait to attend another class with Chef Jean Pierre.

This group was very good. There was very little background comversation so the chef didn't have to tell people to be quiet.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: If you don't have a good time at Chef Jean Pierre's cooking class, you won't have a good time any place.

The atmosphere was: Always have fun, even when the recipes need editing.

Complexity of the information provided: Recipes are not very complex although some of ingridents may be hard to find.
