The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean-Pierre is always the high light of the evening with good humor and wonderful tips and techiques for cooking.
The atmosphere was: A very good class. People who were serious about cooking, but liked to have fun as well attended.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: There were five soups prepared and it was difficult to decide which ones were the best. They were all good and will now occupy a space in my kitchen
The Skills that you learn were: Once again, I must reiterate that I learn things at these classes that I would never learn in a book or on my own.
