Food wise, every dish was amazing. Atmosphere was great... pleasant for those who are there just for the experience of it and lots of great information given and shared for those who are there to learn more about cooking. We loved watching and learning each dish on the menu develop into an amazing creation on our plate. We will be back.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Nobody can tell a joke like Jean Pierre. He can repeat the joke and it gets funnier every time,1 Complexity of the information provided: I admit some of the sauces are a little scary to me. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Wow! It's better than going to a restaurant! The Skills that you learn were: I feel much more confident in the kitchen. Would you come back: Next week!

BIGGER PORTIONS!!! Just kidding, don't change a thing. The class rolls along smoothly and even with the constant commenting from some of the regulars Chef does a good job of balancing the class and cooking at the same time. It can't be easy.

The class was very interesting, the food delicious and "ambiance" very friendly. Maybe advise what wine will go with this particular dishes.

as always i enjoyed being in class with my friends and learning from my favorite chef! the cheesecake was to die for and the stuffed tomatoes will be included in my next dinner party. chef, thank you so much for your classes and i look forward to my class next week.

It was a most enjoyable evening! Having participated in a Cordon Blue cooking school recently while at sea this was much better. I felt that I could actually make all the dishes you did vs what we did with Cordon Blue. You are to be commended for making cooking inspirational and enjoyable. We will be back.

This was the first time I attended a class and I had a great time. I highly reccommend purchasing gift certificates for every person you would like to treat to a perfect evening !

I have become a much more accomplished chef since I have attende the Jean-Pierre cooking school. I shall continue , and enjoy each class, and Jean-Pierre along the way!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I have been coming to Jeaqn-Pierre's classes for years...I always learn something, or find a new gadget....and I love the food! It's a wonderful way to spend and evening and meet new friends! The Skills that you learn were: No canned anchovies!
