The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre isa gracious host and warmly welcomes newcomers and well as long cherished friends. His mastery of culinary skills and ease in explaining each step of his delicious recipes help each attendee learn more than expected.

The atmosphere was: In such a well-equipped kitchen classroom it is a treat to interact with the other students as well as the instructor

Complexity of the information provided: The recipes created during one class time are filled with many techniques that every cook will be thankful for...not to mention how thoroughlly they are patiently explained.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Delicious, succulent, tasty, and presented in very appealing style. Plate and garnishes help the student see as well as taste the full impact of well prepared dishes.

The Skills that you learn were: The skills are demonstrated and the tools used are explained and offered or other locations are recommended for purchase.
