Chef seemed distracted last night. It didn't impact my enjoyment or change the fabulousness of the food but it was noticeable.

Chef was much more informative at the beginning than towards the end, but I learned so much in such a short period of time.

Some bread would be great to taste the olive oils and have with our wine while waiting for the amazing food to be ready!
