Absolutely THE BEST instructional cooking class one can take anywhere. The level of professionalism is unsurpassed. The food always excellent.
The best part for me are the jewel like tips chef tosses about, the results of decades of experience, that can make the difference between a well executed dish and a so so one.

I find the classes to be so much fun and I always learn something new!!! The food is delicious. This fish class was great but I think I would have liked 3 different fishes, cod, salmon, sea bass.

Everything is organized and you really get a good enough portion to enjoy each dish. I have taken many over the years and they just get better and better. I loved a class I took years ago, salmon w/shrimp mousse in puff pastry and you also had an appetizer class. I brought 5 other people with me as a gift. I manage a real estate office and I brought 5 agents that love to cook with me and they had a blast! They had never been to your classes before. We all can't wait to do it again. And thank you for packing up the last fish dish for my friend that had to leave early! Everything about your business is a "Class Act"! Thank you again. Randy Sherman Wignall

I come to many a class and this one was really it! The fish class was amazing! One fish better than the next as well as each and every sauce! The night was topped off with a request that I made for dessert to find that Chef JP and Bradley whipped up "the best little something" in a matter if minutes and really was the most perfect ending to our night. Great people, great food, gread fun!!! Love you all..... Denise Bauer
