Your classes are always fantastic. I always learn a lot. I keep send my friends to you who end up taking more classes. The only down side was at this class there were many people and our chairs were on the side by the door and since the menu had numerous ingredients we could not see everything in the mirror on the far left.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: As usual there was entertainment to be had and as usual the evening was very enjoyable.

The atmosphere was: Nuff said.

Complexity of the information provided: Not having seen every item prepared from scratch it's hard to say exactly how complex each recipe was. I didn't see anything that we would not try. That does not mean we would do it properly the first time but try we would.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The soup was very tasty but had a bit too much garlic. Personal preference would be not to have raisins in the cheese cake. Other than that the food was outstanding.

The Skills that you learn were: Won't know exactly till we try them.

Would you come back: We always have a good time at your school. Some nights (usually Fridays) are more fun than others. Last night was an enjoyable week night class.

I brought a guest and we both had a wonderful evening. I try to come about 10 times a year. I always look forward to new recipes and techniques.

I always enjoy the classes and learn alot from them.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: The reason I take the classes is because of Chef Jean Pierre. He is wonderful.

Complexity of the information provided: Making Thanksgiving dinner is never easy, but the fact you can make most of it ahead makes it manageable.

The Skills that you learn were: Carving the turkey and roasting the mushrooms were great and new information for me.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: AS ALWAYS, JPS QUICK WIT AND UNENDING ENTHUSIASM ALWAYS MAKES EVERY FEEL AT HOME , HIS PRESENTATION HELPS TO MAKE COOKING SEEM EFFORTLESS.

The atmosphere was: FEELS LIKE YOU ARE IN YOUR OWN HOME. ALWAYS VERY CLEAN WITH GREAT SMELLS.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: INTRICATE AND COMPLETE TASTES AND TEXTURES COUPLED WITH A EASY 123 STEP IMPLEMENTATION. LOVED THE CHEESECAKE
