hi, chef and wonderful staff! speaking for my group of five, the general consensus was great overall....we totally enjoyed our evening of education not only of the appetizers, but simply little bits of savvy info as well!! we so enjoyed all your appetizers intros...best was last, tuna....least favorite seemed to be corn cake...we will return again in a few weeks for another class with more friends... i have a service business myself and have spread the word to many already this week! thanks again for such a pleasant evening!

dear chef...this was one of the best classes ever! although every class is fantastic. it is such a pleasure to learn from you. you always provide wonderful 'tips' to take home. my husband loves my cooking, it is hard for me to get him to take me out for dinner!

I received many helpful tips, some great sauces, tuna roll was fantastic, spinach app had many different options. It was great apart from one annoying woman!

Chef JP gave us very easy recipes that were complimentary to each other. I feel that I could make them all!

This was a new class and I think because it was new it did not flow as well as other classes I have attended.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: The chef never fails to entertain. The atmosphere was: My husband and I felt a little like we were crashing a party since about 95% of the class was made up of a group of trophy wives who were attending the class together. Usually the class make-up is more diverse. Complexity of the information provided: After this class I do not know if I will ever attempt to make my own corn cakes.

i do not think that all the recipes worked well. the sauces were great. i thought the corn cakes were a little dry.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I always enjoy watching Jean Pierre create things and always take away some new things and ideas. The atmosphere was: Too many drunk and loud woman to really hear what was going on The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Loved all the complexities with the flavors but very easy to make Would you come back: I always have a great time going to class with my friends and interacting with Jean Pierre and Chris
