Chef Rob was very informative and helpful during the class. It's been 20 yrs since I've done any bread baking and baking techniques have really changed, but for the good. We had a small group which also made the experience fun and light. I would definately take another course from Chef Rob. By the way, the chocolate samples he made and brought for us were awesome!!

It was extremely helpful how Chef Rob went into detail about some of the science that goes into bread making. We will definitely be back in the future. We had a wonderful time!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I also really enjoyed the snacks and coffee that were available

The Skills that you learn were: It was very helpful having such a small class. Chef Rob was able to spend a good amount of time with each of us, making sure we were doing everything correctly.

This was my second "hands on" class. I've enjoyed them both very much. Both the Chef and his assistant, Zee (?sp), are worthy of high compliment.
Additional comments and observations

The Instructor (Chef) was?: He's very likeable, makes the class fun as well as educational.

The atmosphere was: It's a happy place!

Complexity of the information provided: The recipes were simple enough. It's the "knowing how" to put them together right that makes the difference, so when our loaves of bread came out perfect and delicious -- we have Chef Rob to thank for it.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Don't know if I'd use the word succulent -- I mean, it was BREAD!! But it was really, really tasty bread!!!
