Chef- you're always entertaining, I like that you constantly give your class alternatives to the recipes that they may use at home.

This was my first class and I was so excited to find that it was not stuffy at all....it was a ton of fun! I can't wait to schedule more classes!!!!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: This was my first class and Chef was great.

The atmosphere was: What a nice group of people.....a very relaxing night away from a hectic home with three little kids!!!!!!

Complexity of the information provided: Very do-able recipes! these are items that i will be trying on my family this week!!!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: EXCELLENT!!!!

The Skills that you learn were: I loved all the tips...the one tip I liked the most is the garlic puree.....I will be trying it this week!!! I am hoping not to turn my ice cream to garlicky!!!

Would you come back: Great atmosphere.....a nice night out.

I am so thrilled with ow much I have learned by watch Chef Jean-Pierre. I have brought the skills to my own kitchen. I am so glad he has a school like this.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: He is always funny and enjoyable.

The atmosphere was: I love seeing all the ingredients on the counter.

Complexity of the information provided: I found with a couple of the recipes the prep work is going to be a lot, that is why I am rating it average

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The taste were so different from dish to dish....

The Skills that you learn were: I learned how you add salt to the dish in the beginning to bring the flavor out and not to do it at the end. I have learned how to use ingredients that I have seen in the store and would not know what to do with it-now I do and it brings such color to my cooking.

Would you come back: As always its so much fun to have a bottle of wine and good food to eat!!

I know how hard a demo class can be to prep for and Chris did a fabulous job. I would of liked some knife skills thrown in to show how Chris cut the vegetables for the provencal dish, etc. We had no idea that we could bring wine to the class.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Very informative.

The atmosphere was: Good comments from fellow students

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was very good. The chicken provencal sauce was excellent but the chicken a little over cooked.

The Skills that you learn were: I found the Chef's comments on the ingredients he was using very useful and informative
