I cannot think of how the classes could be better. They are informative, fun, and practical.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean Pierre always has an upbeat disposition which helps so much in making the class entertaining. He is fun!

Complexity of the information provided: The Curry dish was so easy and quick I plan to use that as well as the black peppered chicken with remoulade sauce. I can think of many ways to use the remoulade sauce which was excellent!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Not only was the food tasty it was easy to make and would be good for quick dinners during the week.

The Skills that you learn were: As always, I learn things in Jean-Pierre's classes that I would not learn on my own or in books.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Always a grea treat to attend a Chef Jean Pierre's cooking class.

The atmosphere was: The Chef keeps your attention with his skills and opinions.

Complexity of the information provided: The preperation would take a litle work but the cooking didn't seem that hard.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The Tempura chicken was very good as the Garlic and Red Pepper sauce really made the dish.

The Skills that you learn were: Using whole chicken breast with the skin and on-the-bone was a very useful technique.

Would you come back: Wouldn't think of not coming back! After 13 years of Chef John Pierre's cooking classes, I learn something new each class.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre made the learning experience feel more like a fun night out. I picked up several new tips/techniques and had a great time.

The atmosphere was: Other people's comments were fun, interesting, and informative. Great questions to the Chef.

Complexity of the information provided: It was all easy & practical except for the tempura chicken; I doubt I could ever slice raw chicken that thin and consistently.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Such great recipes to dress up or down; the arugula salad was delicious and made a beautiful presentation

The Skills that you learn were: These are recipes we will try for sure.

Would you come back: The classes are always fun; wish we could come more often.

The atmosphere was: I must say the group in attendance last night was extremely informed, attentive, and respectful of everything Chef did. We were able to hear everything he was teaching and in a relaxed, interested environment....thoroughly enjoyable.

I definitely learned new techniques and I loved that the recipes could be interchangable with fish. I will absolutly come back! Thank you

I loved the chicken Tumpra w/ remoulade sauce, the sauce was so yummy I plan on making it very soon. I can't get over how EASY the coconut curry chicken dish is. It is so easy it can be made any night of the week & is so delicious it can be served to company. And I loved the way you prepared the peaches I never would have thought ot cook the peaches in butter & brown them but it really brought out the flavor.
