The room was sometimes too cold. The temperature wasn't even.

My friend had such a good time and learned so much that we are taking Cooking 101 next month.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean-Pierre is always entertaining. He sets the tone for the entire class, which is always positive and fun.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I cook chicken so often, it is always nice to have some good recipes and techniques to make it more interesting and tasty. These classes make it possible.

Would you come back: There is never a question about my coming back. The only question is how soon will I be back. I have been to so many classes and I still learn a great deal and have a really fun, interesting evening.

Chef Jean Pierre gave his usual outstanding performance. The sauces were perfect for the chicken dishes. Needs to buy the curry powder and repackage it for sale in the store. His new assistances are very 'people friendly' . Just a great new class!!! This review should deffinetly qualify me for a Free Class??? Your friendly Flemish cook, Dick Burnell (a.k.a. Dr. Cookie )

another excellent class. i can't wait to do a 'diane' sauce and stuff some chickens. I also have a use now for the Indian curry powder given to me a few month ago.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: it's easy to forget a dish....love how you (Chef JP) still put the tarragon sauce together in under 5 minutes

Complexity of the information provided: the only reason i don't say easy is because I am a slow chopper & slicer

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: it's hard to say which one was the best....they were all great and loved the scalloped potatoes

The Skills that you learn were: how to pocket a chick or chop is very, very useful

Would you come back: and Dick's chocolate chips cookies were a delightful ending to great dishes

These new chicken dishes were great -- even my daughter, who can still be picky when it comes to food -- ate everything. The curry chicken was definitely my favorite! We had a great time, as usual. Keep up the good work and the delicious recipes :)

I was hoping the class was a little more interactive. You can watch skilled people cook but going home and trying to duplicate it can be somewhat difficult.

I believe that life is a continual adjustment to "Plan B".Observing the frustrations of Chef JP as he did a class for the 1st time reminded me of what happens when I cook many times. Loved the class.I'll look for more "new" classes to attend.The recipes looked great. Can't wait to try them.

I especially enjoyed last night's class because it was a first time class; it allowed for trial and error, although I did not taste ANY error. Each meal had fabulous flavor, and I'm looking forward to the updated recipe for the Pot Roasted Chicken (my personal favorite).
