The Instructor (Chef) was?: He gave us stories, tips and poked fun at us in all the right places. Plus he freely answered questions.
The atmosphere was: All of the equipment they used was in good condition, which really made the whole place look nice. At first we really wished it had tables, but as the course progressed we preferred being able to watch the chef work from our seats.
Complexity of the information provided: All of the recipes seemed so easy that we immediately planned to get together and try them all out.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was especially delicious considering that we saw it all prepared in front of us with ease. I only hope it'll come out as delicious when we try it at home.
The Skills that you learn were: His tip on mincing and storing garlic was well appreciated.
