Nothing! I love them just as they are! I always come away with some useful tips, I'm always full and smiling! Chef is fantastic, and his staff are also very friendly and helpful. Bradley is amazingly efficient, talented and friendly too. I know Chef is thankful having him. He is indespensible!

Chef is also very helpful on Aisle 3! He's there to show you things (like mixing oils and vinegars) to helping me pick out my new boning knife. Very generous and it shows that he loves what he is doing.... God Bless America! I can't wait for my next class in April for the Bordeaux Wine Tasting evening!

Try to serve the first course (salad, appetizer, soup, etc) as early as possible.

The Skills that you learn were: Chef emphasized the proportionsof EVOO to Vinegar when making a vinegarette dressing. Important to test.

Would you come back: The class moved along quickly but I did have a chance to "digest" what Jean-Pierre was saying. It was lots of fun and I plan to make the recipes for friends in January. Thanks a lot!!

Chef Pierre has changed the way I think about cooking. His knowledge and expertise has improved my cooking skills to the point that my guests are amazed. I can't thank him enough for his addition to my daily cooking routine.

As usual everything was delicious and the entainment is "the best" in town. Haven't been for awhile and I really missed all the food and fun!Brought a new friend and we already signed up for a Thanksgiving class, I knew you wouldn't disappoint.

As a first timer, I found the class very enjoyable. Chef JP was funny and kept your interest. Recipes, while not hard, were very tasty and made one want to prepare them at home. Loved the seafood bolognese!!! I feel a dinner party in the near future and. of course, another Chef JP class.

I loved this class. I have already made the dessert and it came out awesome. I look forward to my next adventure at Chef Jean Pierres!

I enjoyed last nights Italian night much more than Chef Angelo's class. It was organized, recipes were provided along with instruction along the way, and we started on time. I'm sure chef Angelo is a great chef and i had heard so many great things about him, only to be disappointed when I attended his class. I also realize he had alot of things going on and looking at it in hindsight, perhaps rescheduling the class would have been better. But as far as last nights class went, you get two thumbs up!! Loved the panzanella bread. Never having had it before we weren't sure what it was going to be. Never knew cold bread could be so delicious. Can't wait to make it at home. If it was on a restaurant menu, I would order it as long as it was a good as Jean Pierre's.

Our daughter Jenny Guerin never know what to give us for Christmas. We think she found the perfect gift and hope she repeats this in the future. We think it would be an enjoyable activity with our friends who enjoy cooking and/or eating and look forward to trying another class.

This was a unique way to spend an evening out with the family - something out of the ordinary that we had never done before.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre has a wicked sense of humour (that's Canadian for great!).

The atmosphere was: I am kind of shy - but felt extremely comfortable there The students were free to ask questions at any time and participated in the fun!

Complexity of the information provided: We were surpised that the menu was something we would actually be capable of cooking at home.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: We showed up hungry and LOVED the food! It was like dining out in a fine restaurant and being welcomed into the kitchen for a cooking lesson (from the Head Chef).

The Skills that you learn were: I found out that I've always been over cooking my garlic! In addition to learning the set menu for our lesson - I learned useful tips to help me to improve on other dishes I regularly prepare at home. Loved the "fast" marinade tip. And yikes - I used to put food into the oven while it was preheating.

Would you come back: We are Canadians (from Toronto), our 21-yr-old son and nephew joined us for the class, we all enjoyed it thoroughly! It was well worth the $. I'll bet my nephew will prepare this meal to impress his "Italian" girlfriend as soon as he returns to Toronto.
