Eight of us attended the dinner last night for my 70th birthday - we had a terrific time. Fantastic food, friendly atmosphere and the Chef has a wonderful personality. PS - Loved aisle 3!

Start the class earlier. A lot of us are seniors and eating at 9:30-10:00 is difficult.

Class was amazing! The carbonara was by far the best i have tasted. Chef and Staff do a great job entertaining but most important walking us through every recipe. I know i can make this!!!

A delightful evening, all the way around. Our daughter and granddaughter both enjoy fine cooking so their interest and enjoyment were especially high. A very special thanks tomJean Pierre for gifting Olivia with an autographed and noted copy of hi cookbook. Have no doubt that Olivia will be putting it to good use.

A side note, John and I have a home in Soouthern Maine and Stonewall Kitchens is a regular stop/destination for us. Especially love their Red Pepper Jelly and fabulous Maine Blueberry Jam. Yum! Come and visit. The lobster isn't bad. Brenda Johnson

It was our first time coming to Chef Jean-Pierre's class and we had an amazing time! He is very funny!!! The food was out of this world, AMAZING!!! We will be coming back again for sure!!!

Chef Jean Pierre is the Cirque du Soleil of culinary brilliance. While deftly juggling preparation of several gourmet recipes, he delivers a delightful commentary full of enthusiasm, wit, knowledge and charm. And then - the dishes are served - gastronomic bliss. Every bite is more scrumptious than the last. I am amazed at how special his cooking classes are and what an extraordinary person he is.

I have never had focaccia like this...unbelievable!! The Marsala sauce was the best I ever had anywhere. Truly an incredible menu. Bravo, Jean Pierre.

The food was very good, I was unable to finish my portions and would have liked to bring them home to share my experience with my husband. Words and pictures are not enough to describe the wonderful flavors of the different dishes. Perhaps, it would be nice to tell clients to bring a container with them for any samples they might want to take home.

I enjoyed everything about the evening. I wouldn't have changed a thing! Next time I will remember to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with my meal.

The food was amazing. Jean-Pierre is thoroughly entertaining! I received the class as a gift and will pay it forward by sending some friends for birthday or Christmas gifts. I also loved the store. So many unique, wonderful items. It was like being in the audience of a cooking show and getting to enjoy the celebrity chef and wonderful food. I will be back.

Everything was great, the chef was very funny and you could tell he really loves what he's doing. They even made sure my group sat together even though we were a little late :)

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean-Pierre is always of good humor and fun. He is very amusing with his humor when teaching and told us a couple of very funny jokes.

The atmosphere was: There were some very nice people in the class last night who were very interested in learning what was being taught. It was a good class!

Complexity of the information provided: A number of tips that Jean-Pierre taught were really essential for making the dishes come out correctly. These were things that could be used in cooking in general that were important. We would never learn these on our own or from a book. Thanks to Chef Jean-Pierre we learned those things last night as a result of his years of experience cooking.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was exceptional. In particular, the Pasta Carbonara was a true triumph. I have been making Carbonara for years, but Chef Jean-Pierre taught a couple of small things that turned an ordinary pasta dish into "Ambrosia".

The Skills that you learn were: I have been attending classes for years and never ever attend a class without learning somethings that are helpful in my everyday cooking.

Would you come back: There is never a doubt about my return to Jean-Pierre's classes. Not only do I learn a lot, but I eat well and have a great night of entertainment.

Complexity of the information provided: I made the marsela sauce and risotto pudding. Very easy.

As always, the class was entertaining and informative. The carbonara was outstanding. We'll be making that at home very soon. Loved the focaccia. I've never seen one that wasn't flat. I could have eaten the whole loaf! Not being a fan of rice pudding, I wasn't sure I would enjoy the dessert. It was delicious and the raspberry sauce was a lovely added touch.

The Skills that you learn were: Good tip to insert the spoon handle in oil and then the focaccia before pushing the olives into the dough. It definately kept them from rising back to the top during cooking.

Chef, I thoroughly enjoyed the class last night. The Chicken Rotolo was really fantastic. I didn't think I would've liked the combination of all the meat, but the tastes really complimented each other. And the Marsala sauce tasted great with it. must do it again. Caramelized risotto needs to be room temp.the chicken makes at least 7 or 8 servings when you add a veg and salad.
