The Instructor (Chef) was?: Even though I bugged you a lot and you threatened to make me wash dishes, I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation.

The atmosphere was: The group seemed to be split in half. To the chef's left, the cheery crowd, to the right the quiet crowd. I am glad I was with the cheery crowd.!

Complexity of the information provided: Very doable. I am looking forward to doing some of them on Thanksgiving.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The vegetarian dishes I tasted were great, however, the scalloped potatoes were a little hard.

The Skills that you learn were: I really learned some new techniques.

Would you come back: The time went by very fast and I totally enjoyed it.

This is the second year in a row that we have come for the Thanksgiving classes. As usual, the food was great. The recipes were unique and should be easy to duplicate at home. We had a good time, lots of laughs and good cooking tips! Thanks and have a great holiday!
