When I have company over that expresses an interest in cooking, I tell them how much I learn every time I attend a class at Chef Jean-Pierres' cooking school. Some of the people I've told are regular customers now.

this new salmon class was fabulous. Salmon cooked to perfection and great creativity. It was delicious !!!
