This was my first experience and I had a fantastic time.

Thank you for putting the single people at the end of the row, and I am not sure that tempura works for a crowd. Everything else was fabulous. I am going to be making the lettuce wraps fro friends this weekend. Thank you for an awesome time.

Offer more water or have one large bottle on each table to share throughout the class for those not drinking wine or alcohol.

We admired Chef Pierre's honesty when he let the oil cool for the tempura shrimp and he had to redo a few! Also, loved his witty responses to a few of the students sarcastic questions :) and remarks!

It was wonderful. The only negative was that there were some very loud obnoxious people in the class. If there is some way to control that, it would make for a more pleasant experience. Maybe putting signs up would help? I know it's difficult to address.

Nothing! These classes are as good as anyone could hope to get.

The atmosphere was: The class was very interested in learning how to prepare the recipe. So for me that was great! It was not too noisy, but fun.

Complexity of the information provided: Chef Jean-Pierre always adds very useful bits of information that I would never think of if he didn't bring them up.

Would you come back: I have been attending classes for years and have never thought after the class that I would not return again. It is always fun, entertaining, and a really good learning experience.

I do not know how you can improve perfection. The venue was comfortable, imaculate, and with the tilted mirror you could see from all angles.
