We had a great time and enjoyed the chef, sous chef and the others in our small class. We learned lots of new things and the food was delicious. Cannot wait to get Chef Jean Pierre's updated recipes from last night that he said he would provide. Thank you! It was one of my most favorite birthday gifts ever!

Would you come back: Last night's class was very informative. I have never cooked Thai food before, so this was a good learning experience. I am not a fan of coconut milk, because it typically overpowers the food. The way Chef JP used other seasonings like herbs and spices complimented the coconut milk. The effect was a balanced taste between the different seasonings, coconut milk, rice and meat. I will definitely try this at home. I also want to say that I am trying to eat gluten-free, so I called their office in advance about my diet restrictions. The chef used control methods in his cooking and revised a few items in the recipe to help me with my gluten-free diet. This is wonderful!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I enjoy entertaining and do dinner parties quite often. There has never been a time when I have not gotten extremely helpful information during your cooking class.

The atmosphere was: Always walk out with a smile and knowing a wonderful time was had by all.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The Thai class has been my favorite thus far. Day after class, I'm in the Oriental market ready to make the recipes.

The Skills that you learn were: Always utilizing skills learned from your classes

Would you come back: Not only will I come back again, which I have done many times, but all my neighbors are looking for their next class with you.

Nothing. It is so much fun to attend any of these classes... the menu doesn't really matter. When I win the lottery, I plan to attend every night!

I have several friends that have attended at least one or more of your classes and I intend on telling others. They won't be disappointed and I can't wait until the next one that I attend.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: This is my second time taking one of your classes and felt both times that I had a great date and can't wait until the next time.

The atmosphere was: I like the fact that there is such a nice class interaction and everyone is receptive to humor and you welcome participation.

Complexity of the information provided: I won't feel a bit intimidated by trying any one of the receipes that you introduced last night.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I enjoyed everything, the chicken cake could have been a little more spicy but not everyone likes as spicy as I do so for the class - it was perfect.I

The Skills that you learn were: There were a couple of things that I did not know that you mentioned that I definitely will remember. No oil down the drain and make sure that the size of your pan is reflective of the amount of food that you are cooking when using oil (as well as the temperature of the oil.)
