Don't change a thing. Oh wait, I'd love it if you included a list of tools needed for each recipe. When I get home and try to make the recipes there always seems to be something I'm missing.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef JP is the best. He's so much fun to watch and makes everything look so easy. That's the reason we always leave excited to go home and try the recipes.

The atmosphere was: The crowd last night was great.

Complexity of the information provided: Chef taught us easy ways to accomplish what would have been difficult techniques and no matter how silly my questions are he takes time to explain them. You certainly don't get that when you watch a cooking show.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Beyond yummy! My guests are going to be so impressed when I make the cheese souffle and creme brule for them.

Would you come back: Absolutely. I'm going through the new schedule I received in the mail marking the recipes I want to learn.
