Some type of bread or small snack to eat would be amazing. It's torture to be watching all this amazing food being cooked and not eating anything till 9:30 PM.

I'd let people know they won't be eating till quite late. I knew the whole event would take between 2-3 hours, but I had no clue I'd be absolutely famished by the time the food came out.

As always, we enjoyed learning about the cooking and recipes and the food was delicious. The chef is always entertaining and the group was fun and friendly.

As usual, another fun and wonderful time - excellent recipes that we will be trying out on our friends; all participants were happy and enjoyed the comradery, taking the time to meet most. Chef Jean-Pierre is outstanding. Every time we are there we learn new and important tips. Bradley is, as usual, right on top of things. Looking forward to our next session in May. Dave will post a review on TripAdvisor on Apr 11th which is the next time he can do it. (-;

is there a cabbage class? or a squash/pumpkin class? these are usually winners almost any way you cook. thus i enjoyed the rutabaga celery root mash last night

I think "student" interaction and allowing us to come up to try to cook would be amazing.

Overall, it was a great class! I would definitely be back again. One helpful thing would be to put the receipes in order that he is going to cook so it is easier to follow and make when we try to go home to do it ourselves.

This class was phenomenal. Only Chef could elevate plebian poultry to such dizzying gastronomic heights. I am amazed at how much I learn and laugh every time. Thank you so much - it is an honor to be part of the class.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre always delivers. The Skills that you learn were: Creating "stuffing pockets" in chicken breasts is such a great idea. We have used this successfully a number of times at home. Would you come back: Try and make it once a month.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: It's always enjoyable when the instructor loves their job as much as Chef JP does. Complexity of the information provided: It shouldn't be a problem for me to make at least one of the dishes next week. Would you come back: Sharing a bottle of wine with friends, eating excellently prepared food in a convivial atmosphere!--Sure beats watching TV.

Complexity of the information provided: I am doing the chicken provencal and also oven fried for the week-end. I will let you know the results. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: this really was the " BEST CHICKEN CLASS EVER " The Skills that you learn were: i am making use of everyting i am learning in classes...thank you, Jean-Pierre !!
