The atmosphere was: Fun but ladies in the back row were more interested in noisily chatting with each other than enjoying what Jean Pierre was teaching. He did an incredible job despite the noise.

Complexity of the information provided: J P always makes it look easy and fun.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The grouper cake and puttanesca snapper were off the charts.

Would you come back: Will be at the cookoff and scanning the calendar for another great evening. In fact, we are always inviting friends to join us.

Everything was very enjoyable. My husbnd and friend wanted to go to the Paella class which was sold out the next morning He tried to sign that same time and was told to do it on line

was greatful to Jean Pierre that my diet no shell fish was respected. Being a Vegetarian I will attend any time you have fish recipes and dinner. We had lots of fun and would like all my friends to experience it. S.A>

1. Completely turn off the music when the class begins (not just lower the volume). 2. Ask students to turn off their cell phones. 3. Ask students to refrain from talking, or at least keep it to a whisper.

More veggie, Thai and Asian classes would be fab. I also need to know how to cook for a guy who only likes meat and potatoes and I don't eat red meat.

I liked Chef having the volunteer come up to shape the grouper cake. I LOVE the oil and vinegar bar. Chef, Bradley and Lianne (sic) are so friendly and personable they make me feel special to be there.

This being my first class, I did not know if the lesson would be hands on or how much of the food we would taste. I ate a light meal(too much) before class.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The Grouper cakes with the Remoulade Sauce were the best

The Skills that you learn were: Using crackers for the breading, hot oil for frying, and anchovy puree for flavor were a good part of the learning experience

I wouldn't change anything.....The size time spent, BYOB, cooking from scratch ....excellent.

Complexity of the information provided: Easy recipes but the proper tools are needed (available at your store of course).

In all these years, I've frequented the Left Bank and attended the first classes, Jean Pierre has stayed at the top of his game. I'll be back!

The Skills that you learn were: Although I've been cooking for many years, I learned some very useful tips from the master chef that I shall incorporate immediately.
