Well now that you've got the dinning room all set up (a beautiful job by the way) lets address those appeteasers to help tide the students over to the first course, typically 8-9 hours after lunch. Maybe just some chips (scoops even) and some of that spinich and artichoke dip. You could also serve a nice Salsa with chips. Don't need much, just a little something to calm down the hunger pangs. Once again, the new class room is really nice.

One more time; the new class room is dynomite.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was excellent. Perfectly cooked with the best ingredients.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: The Chef, in the case of Jean-Pierre, makes the entire experience worth while. He is entertaining and very funny.

The atmosphere was: A very good atmosphere prevailed last night at the class. People were interested in the cooking and engaged.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Appetizers were excellent! The seafood risotto was the best that I have had anywhere in the world. I have had it before, but last night's risotto should receive the food Oscar!!!!

The Skills that you learn were: As always, i learned techniques that I would have never learned on my own or from a cook book. Extremely helpful,

Would you come back: I have had well over 40 classes with Chef Jean-Pierre and the is never a question in my mind about returning. I learn so much and have a good time always. It is a night of entertainment and learning for me.

The atmosphere was: Clean, bright, and professional while still feeling cozy.

Complexity of the information provided: Not too complex that I wouldn't be able to do it after instruction.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: AMAZING!! The ravioli especially. "Le bouquet final" :-)

The Skills that you learn were: I still have sooooo much more to learn! The class was informative and will hopefully be very useful along the way.
