It was as always, a really fun and delicious evening. My only comment is that it was almost too much. Three ways of duck is an overly luxurious tummy experience. That being said, I ate every morsel on my plate.

It was an amazing evening. My wife loves duck so she was out of her mind. I do not believe desert was on the menu but it was my wife's birthday and the Chef prepared an impromptu chocolate something that was heavely. will def go to another event. Have already recommended it to several folks. I am in the tourism industry and will def promote your establishment. As I mentioned to the Chef, I will put him in contact with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau. Thanks again for a great evening!!

The book was a little hard to follow so having that in better order would be better

The duck was amazingly delicious. I LEARNED SO MUCH AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME I would come back just to eat the duck again. I also look forward to attending more classes.

Maybe to widen the mirror at the top, I sat on the end of the table and couldn't see what they were doing when working to the right of the hobs (flowers side) as the mirror didn't come across enough. Otherwise everything was perfect, thank you!!!

Don't forget to take a pen as there are loads of great hints and tips that aren't in the handouts! Take a bottle of wine (they have the glasses!), and don't eat before you go! Again thank you for a wonderful evening!

I think you've got it! Unless you did wine pairings, but that would increase the cost too much. Better to bring our own.

I know that the traditional dinner time in Europe is lat; however, I feel that having the class start at leasr 30 minutes earlier would be a definite improvement. Most Americans do not like to eat at 9-10 pm.

The sauces for the duck recipes were extraordinary...subtle and interesting...not overly sweet like so many I have had elsewhere. They perfectly complimented the duck flavors; not at all overbearing. Bravo!

Absolutely nothing could be improved upon. This was one of the best classes that I have been to in many years. It was fun;the food was better than "succulent" it was spectacular! A really great evening. My stomach is still thanking me for the meal.

The group of people in the class were really nice. I have met so many good, fun, and interesting people in the classes through the years that I have attended the classed. I have gotten together with some of the people for meals and good conversation. It just enhances the experience even more!

What a great night! The food was fabulous as always, but Chef Jean Pierre really outdid himself. I came to class with no desire or intention of making duck at home, but the written instructions, the demonstrations, and the numerous pictures provided in the recipes made me think it would be possible to do this at home.
