The Skills that you learn were: I actually think that I could make the fish at home.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Always a pleasure to be in Chef Jean's classes, very entertaining and informative!

The atmosphere was: Always a great time...not just to learn new recipes and cooking techniques but an entertaining night out!

Complexity of the information provided: I absolutely love how simple Chef Jean makes it to learn and memorize. He also gives options to change up the ingredients of the recipe so that you are using the same techniques but you have more than just one recipe. From this fish course, I feel like I have a much better understanding on my fish selections for different recipes in terms of size, thickness, taste ect....

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: All really great dishes from this class! I am very happy to have gone to this class!

The Skills that you learn were: You really get more than just 3 recipes when you attend the classes. Chef Jean is always giving extra cooking tips that have been so helpful in my cooking!

Would you come back: With every class I take, I almost immediately come home and look for my next class!

The atmosphere was: It would be more comfortable if there were tables to allow us to write notes easier and eat.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: We enjoyed all the great fish dishes

The Skills that you learn were: We learned a lot about all the different fish and the ways to prepare them plus all the special facts about cooking and storing food

Would you come back: It was a wonderful experience and we really learned a lot and enjoyed everything.

if possible more Friday evening classes that are not couples.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: this was my first class, and i didn't know what to expect. Jean-Pierre was fun and funny. he made the class most enjoyable and easy to follow.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: i am a big fish lover. i hope that seafood classes will continue in the future.The food was spectacular especially the Bronzine dish.
